Seeking a proactive and results-driven Program Manager to lead and advance initiatives across outpatient and procedural areas, including Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Imaging, and Clinical Cardiology. This role partners closely with physician leadership to drive operational improvements, streamline workflows, support strategic growth, and enhance patient access. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, excellent execution and follow-through, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing projects while maintaining clear and consistent communication.


The Program Manager II collaborates with clinical and operational leaders across the organization, requiring strong cross-functional partnership and engagement. Responsibilities include interpreting and reporting data to support leadership decision-making, as well as contributing to large-scale initiatives aimed at improving care delivery, operational efficiency, and overall patient outcomes.


A caregiver in this positionworksfull-time| days|8:00am—5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Lead projects supporting outpatient and procedural areas across Electrophysiology (EP) and Echo Labs, Clinical Cardiology, and Genomics.

  • Serve as a liaison with physician leaders to improve operations, streamline workflows, and support program growth and patient access.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining clear, consistent communication.

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review andmonitoradherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor'sDegree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related fieldand5years of related experience

  • ORMaster’sdegreeand4years of experience

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primaryresearchand business plan development

  • Strong presentation,communicationand training skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’sDegree

  • Healthcare settings


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50

A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
