As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will lead and support high-impact initiatives that enhance operational excellence, foster collaboration, and improve efficiency across the department through strategic project management and continuous improvement efforts, directly supporting Cleveland Clinic’s mission to deliver an exceptional patient care experience. In this role, you will maintain a well-organized donor database, ensure accurate donor information exchange, and provide administrative support to management in developing donor communications, public relations research, and special events.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Function as a liaison and administrative,technicaland operational resource.
Initiate orleadlesscomplex projects.
Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.
Identifyoperational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.
Developcommunications,databasesand budget summaries.
Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards aremaintained.
Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.
Assistwiththescheduling, coordination,preparationand communication of meetings.
Facilitate and attend meetings andrecordkey outcomes.
Identifykey milestones and deadlines.
Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
Research,analyzeand organize information for presentations.
Assistdepartment leadership with large or complex projects.
Manage Raiser’s Edge database, including maintenance of data integrity, procedural recommendations, donor information updates, and data clean-up.
Oversee all data entry into the system and ensure gifts are acknowledged in a timely manner.
Create queries, reports, and analysis for different staff members including donation reporting for monthly reconciliation with the accounting team.
Design processes to streamline donor outreach, stewardship and acknowledgements Competitive Differentiators.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience
OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
May require a license based on department/institute needs
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Healthcare or related organization experience
Experience with Donors and non-profits
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00
